Debden (Loughton) - Essex

An excellent opportunity for a candidate who is interested in working within this successful recruitment company in the education sector. We are looking for Resourcer to join our successful team with the opportunity to become a Recruitment Consultant. The role will include resourcing candidates, formatting CV’s, advertising positions, data management.

Please bear in mind this apprenticeship means that you can only take holidays during school holidays as they work in the education sector. 5 minutes from Debden Station (Central Line).

Great perks such as working half day in the school holidays and getting full day’s pay! Plus, they close during Christmas and New Year, plus in addition 20days holiday (to be taken during school holidays).

Business Administrator/Transfer Agent Apprentice

We are currently looking for vibrant Apprentices to join our team. 

You will be making outbound calls to members of the public who are looking to get a new insurance policy or have opted in to have an existing insurance policy reviewed.

You will be the first point of contact on our customers journey and will be required to accurately take as much relevant client information.

You will use excellent customer service skills to seize the customer’s attention and show them how we can assist them and go through a quote with our qualified sales team

The nature of the role is to ensure that all calls are handled effectively, professionally, and promptly. This is a fast-paced role, so attention to detail and being well organised whilst remaining calm under pressure is essential.

This role would suit someone who is an excellent communicator and is always keen to deliver excellent customer service. This is developing role.

Admin duties include:

  • Making and receiving calls

  • Inputting and retrieving data

  • Organising your tasks and planning effectively

  • Building effective relationships internally and externally

You will be responsible for generating interest in either the reviewing of a client’s current policy or discuss options available for a new policy.
You will be required to complete a thorough Fact Find with the client with a consultative style approach, and then look to transfer clients through to a team of Insurance Brokers.

This is an admin/sales role which provides the support you need to ensure you are meeting the minimum standards required each month and developing as you go. You will be reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in our product (no cold calling) Consistently offer a thorough and competent service while following company, industry and regulatory guidelines and procedures and developing a rapport in a confident, friendly, and courteous way.

Apprentice Administrator - Contact Centre Sales Agents.
Romford, Essex

The roles have become vacant due to expansion within our historic team and are looking for 2 new vibrant staff to join our team at Rainbow.

The role will be to contact client leads who are due to renew their insurance policies for varied insurance or financial products, managing the calls and connecting the client to the correct broker for their insurance/financial quotes (no cold calling).

Full training will be given. Once probation passed (3 months) the salary will be boosted by the opportunity to earn the basic hourly rate (which increases in line with government minimum levels) plus Bonus payment + Individual/Team Bonus

Salary £10,982.40 per annum (based on a 40-hour week). Mon- Fri 9.00 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM  (This is on a rota basis and you will usually be asked to work on Saturday a month after fully trained)
