Great opportunity for a local person that wants to be involved within an administrative role within the property industry. Duties will include daily management of properties, answering phones dealing with enquiries and dealing with clients face to face. The applicant should have good knowledge of Word software packages and IT is desirable that applicants hold a driving license. They must also be quick thinking, able to manage working in busy situations. Working as a team as well as independently is a must. This is a customer-facing role with responsibility for providing the administrative support.
Annual Salary £9,379.50 (35 Hour week). There may be room for movement on the wage depending on the applicant.
Apprentice Business Administrator

Responsible for providing administrative support to the team. The role offers a diverse range of tasks that will provide a breadth of experience and assisting the team and carrying out the following tasks:

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 36 hours per week. Occasional weekends.
Salary £6.50 per hour (£234.00 a week/£12,168.00 per annum) & reasonable travel expenses reimbursed.
