Business Administration Apprentice in a Legal Office
Woking, Surrey

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our Woking office. This is a full-time office-based role. The role will be providing legal administrative support to our Legal 500 award winning family and crime teams.

The successful candidate will take a proactive role in one of our market leading offices. They will work alongside highly regarded solicitors and barristers to provide support in our provision of legal services to clients. As one of the leading law firms in our field of expertise we act in many of the most high-profile cases before the courts of England and Wales.

Given the high-pressure nature of our work environment, the sensitivities (many of which are unpleasant about our clients and the cases they instruct us for), candidates who are easily shocked, offended or have a high moral position on certain issues may find working for us difficult.

Salary £16,000 per annum (37.5-hour week)

We are looking for a vibrant and dynamic Business Administrator/ Customer Service Agent Apprentice to join our established team in Croydon, Surrey. You will be working alongside the director, learning first-hand how we operate!

It will be your job to contact potential new customers for services we offer. You will gain information from the customer and transfer the call to the relevant Team Leader.

The nature of the role is to ensure that all calls are handled effectively, professionally, and promptly. This is a fast-paced role, so attention to detail and being well organised whilst remaining calm under pressure is essential.

This role would suit someone who is an excellent communicator and is always keen to deliver excellent customer service. This is a developing role.
